Ben Crompton
A Cambridge-trained lawyer turned real estate broker, advising on and writing about Abu Dhabi's property market for over a decade.
As Managing Partner of Crompton Partners, Ben oversees the sales and leasing teams and manages the company’s overall strategic direction in Abu Dhabi. Ben’s work history spans a legal career, but he chose to pursue the family business, forming Crompton Partners together with his brother, Barnaby, in 2012.
Specialising in the investment and legal side of property and real estate in Abu Dhabi, Ben is a renowned media figure, regularly called upon for his opinions in UAE national media. As the holder of a Bachelor of Laws degree from the UK’s prestigious University of Cambridge, he is uniquely positioned to provide a significant amount of guidance on the legal and practical aspects of leasing and selling land, buildings, and individual properties.
In his spare time, Ben is a huge rugby fan, supporting Abu Dhabi Harlequins, and supported the team in the past, serving as Commercial Officer, Membership and Club Secretary, between 2010 and 2014.
